Return Policy

As LARPers, we understand that it can be a challenge to find the right gear for your character! If you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase, or if it clashes with your costume. Our goblins will treat your returns according to the following reasons listed below.

Clashes with my costume!

We accept returns within 30 days for products that do not meet your size, aesthetic expectations, or if you received it damaged. We want you to love what you buy! So, if you're not in love with your new costume, simply repackage it in its original box and address it using the return label we provided for you for a full refund. You can then drop it off at any UPS service center. Please remember that you are responsible for the item returning to us in one piece! Shipping fees apply to all unwanted returns or exchanges, and all returns on damaged items are free!

Failed in battle!

If your Epic Armoury Unlimited costume fails you on your adventures, suffering a manufacturer defect, you have a right to claim. If, within two years of being purchased, our Goblins are more than happy to help! Send us a picture of the issue and email it to us with your invoice or order number. Our Goblins will evaluate the situation and suggest the best solution for you. Good quality photos are required and are very helpful for their squinty eyes!

Because we were hoping for you to get back into the game as soon as possible, your return will be treated with priority. We want you to get the best treatment any warrior deserves; after all, you are fighting for our survival.


Return FAQ

What isn't eligible for return?

There is some item(s) Epic Armoury Unlimited don't take back:

  • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags.
  • Contact lenses, make-up, glue, and liquid latex

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items, our goblins will destroy it in their forges, and won't be able to issue credit. 

Can i exchange something?

You definitely have the right to exchange a product. If you purchased it within 30 days, just send it back and tell our Goblins what you want in exchange. We can also apply a credit to your account. 

How do i send back my return?

You can return your items one of two ways. Use the return tag that came with your order or contact our service department, and they will send you the required documents. Shipping fees apply to all unwanted returns or exchanges, and all returns on damaged items are free!

How do I send back my return if i'm outside of Canada?

Click here to download a PDF return form. Print out the form with packing slip then follow the steps below. 

  1. Pack up your return & packing slip
  2. Procure a label from the carrier
  3. Ship your return back to us at the below address and hold on to your tracking number:

How long will it take to process my return?

Our horde of Goblins is real fast. Processing returns at our warehouse are a priority because we need our soldiers on the battlefield. 

When is my store credit available?

As soon as we process your return, we will either send you a refund via PayPal or apply a credit to your account on the same day. This way, you can immediately shop for your next piece of LARP equipment.

How do i receive my credit if i don't have an epic armoury account?

Don't worry, we will create an account for you! Just wait for your return confirmation email containing all the information about your NEW account with Epic Armoury Unlimited! Once you are logged into your new account, your store credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page! 


Can i return something i bought online to the store?

Of course, you can, soldier! Bring your return into our store, and as long as it's eligible, we will make the switch or refund you. 


I got my order and something's wrong, what do i do?

Don't worry, we have your back! If you've received your order and something's wrong, we need to know within 30 days. But don't wait longer than that because we won't be able to help. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, send us a pic!
